The Law Office of John C. Caldwell has opened a temporary Friendswood location for its Galveston County clients.

With the arrival of the SARS-CoV-2 (Coronavirus) here in Texas an unprecedented period of uncertainty is upon us. While we all recognize the need to act responsibly to help combat the spread of this potentially deadly virus, that does not mean sacrificing your individual freedoms, your right to work, and your right to the fair and public administration of justice in Texas. Whether you have been arrested or fined for a violation of the Texas penal code such as Driving While Intoxicated or a violation of a local “Stay at Home” order you still have rights.

You still need an aggressive advocate in your corner. The right to reasonable bail, the right to petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus and the right to the public administration of justice are inviolate within the Texas Constitution. We are available for a free telephone or in person consultation. During this time of uncertainty the Law Office of John C. Caldwell has opened a temporary Friendswood location for its Galveston County clients at 607 S. Friendswood Drive, #27.

We’re sharing staff and facilities with The Funky Monkey.

With multiple counties now enacting various and slightly different “Stay At Home” Orders we want you to feel safe from government harassment and unnecessary infringement of your rights when you visit us. Our Pearland, Brazoria County location will continue to be staffed and we are actively engaged in fighting for our clients rights in the courts of Brazoria, Harris and Galveston County every day.
